I have been very unimpressed with Headley on my latest renewal.
They only got back to me late on Friday afternoon, when my current policy expires today, to say they can’t find anyone to reinsure me without a tracker being fitted. As a result, I have had to temporarily renew with them but without any theft cover as, not surprisingly, I have not been able to (nor do I want to) get a tracker fitted on such short notice.
Tomorrow morning I will be approaching Gott & Wynne to see if they will insure my car without a tracker and then I will cancel my Headley insurance.
Very disappointing service from Headley (who I have been insured with previously for many years).
