By "an archaeological hoard" would that mean if the coins were a bit older they couldn't sell them and would have to donate to a museum making no money?
I am also confused by the over 300 years old rule? By my maths coins between 1610 and 1727 are between 412 years and 295 years old, surely there was two or more coins over 300 years old?
