Seems like a reasonable option to patrol parks and walkways. The problem with using mountain bikes like other forces do is that it requires the local bobbies to be reasonably fit and offers no transportation or storage for donuts. The TukTuk solves both of these issues and I'm sure nobody will laugh at them at at all.
