Hope you make a 100% recovery ASAP. As well as Vitesse there is also another car engineering firm in Kent who converted a Morgan +8 from manual to auto and given they are in Kent and the MOG615 mentioned a "Hopmog" member (Hopmog being the Kent region) I suspect it is this garage that did the conversion:
