It will be interesting as with the advancements/improvements made with each new model year there will of course form a ranking in desirability and therefore demand by model year in the used market. For example I would take a MY22 over a MY21 just because of the standard comfort seats, new hood design etc. You also note that the dealers are also drawing attention to the model year where there are definite improvements as a result. Secondly older CX's are now coming closer to the end of their manufacturers warranty and some may have residual concerns re brakes and radiators as to is it all fixed and what's next eg ride height and sagging springs.
I must admit I was quite attracted to that blue CX the black wheels put me off but they can be painted and not an auto and no air con with a black interior makes sunny days potentially a little warm and sweaty. But a very attractive price.
