Sold at £56250 + buyer's premium at 12% + vat = £64350. What were RTCC doing letting that S1 go for less than £40000 last week?

In addition the vendor will pay 7.5% plus VAT of the hammer price and an entry fee of £250.
Crudely the vendor should expect to receive deductions of about 25% from published result that in this case would represent the sum of about £42K being returned to the vendor.
