George, it would be most interesting to know the true numbers, below is from my copy of F& L by Gregory Houston Bowden c 1971 and it will be seen that Germany per capita far outweighed the over the pond folk. Every little helps grin2

Had it not have been for the late Bill Fink's work out there countering the Draconian emissions regulations of the time it would have been a different story too..
