Not sure about the "reduction of upsprung weight" - the Super 3 has just a wider swing arm (=heavier), as no fuel tanks to keep inside of, the centre black hub is the same as a 5sp albeit longer (=heavier) and it still carries the same (?) drum brake as a 5sp. Rim looks like a late 5sp?
Probably a lighter sprocket than the steel 5sp version although probably not as light as an original Aluminium sprocket?
Interesting to see the Bevel Box - different casing shape (although think it bolts into the chassis like the 5sp so perhaps a future retrofit) yet it still whines...perhaps the new BB manufacturer copied the original Quaife gear profiles...
