Greetings to all m3w owners and I wish you all the best in the new year
I also have an m3w because I want it and I look forward to every ride. And so I am willing to accept construction errors as well.
In addition to details such as a broken regulator, exhaust mounting, steering problems, damaged cable, noisy bevel box, changing coupling....there was also an important thing, a broken frame in a known place...
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1k6foTffwYkLd7qvHF4Nn1sHOZhm3AuRt/view?usp=share_linkI consider this to be an intolerable mistake, especially when it is after about 20 thousand km.
Imagine if it happened to a renowned car company :-(. ...when they in MMC buy programs and learn to work with a PC, it will definitely be better :-)
So I welded the frame and decided to strengthen it, it was obvious that it was due to vibration and fatigue of the frame. After opening the front part of the frame, I saw that the thickness of the walls is only 1.5 mm :-(
So I pushed the steel pipes into all four ends of the frame, approx. 60-80 cm, and fixed them.
Additionally, I inserted a rib between the lower and upper parts of the frame. This made the frame very stiff. Be careful, the engine, transmission and axles hang on that thin frame, and when going over bumps, the several 100 kg that are suspended multiply and deform the frame until it breaks due to fatigue.

The problem arose with the vibrations that were always there, but now they have multiplied... but this means that the frame also worked as silent blocks, springing and bending... and finally it broke. Everyone knows the vibrations that are on the steering wheel at about 1700 revolutions...so the advice came to replace the engine suspension, I chose the largest available silent blocks, the softest ones on offer. I prepared four to be sure, but only the front two are needed.

I'm writing all this because I want to give advice on how to secure the frame against further breakage and at the same time increase the value of m3w.
Btw, I also have a recipe for a noisy bevel box, that you practically can't hear it, that you suddenly hear the gearbox :-)
So I wish you from Bratislava health in the new year and lot of beautiful trips with m3w without unnecessary fails
