If your looking to change the exhausts just ask whoever os selling you them if they are legal from a noise perspective. They are increasing clamping down on noise and while I have run the Morgan factory stage one pipes for a good few years they are loud and I now swap them back to standard when I tour in Europe as I have heard of people getting stopped. The Stage 1 pipes I have don't have a conformance label on so Im not sure where I would stand officially. That said welcome to the club and have lots of fun.
