Now that I'm retired and relatively skint, I will be fitting T-Trac 2 next time instead of the Sprint Classics currently on the car.
Trouble is, I'm having a bit of a job convincing myself to change them. The fronts are getting on for 10 years old, the rears for 6, and so you'd think they'd be hard as nails and slippery as a greased pig. And yet even when very cold and on damp roads the tyres still seem to grip absolutely fine. Even when I really nail the throttle to force them to break away they let go gracefully and come back under control very neatly.
