Just 'up the road a bit' from you in Utah .... having driven Scenic Highway 12 a couple of times, that would he a great run in a Morgan! .... up through Escalante from Panguitch..... Panquitch had a real old-school diner (The Desert Grill ??), definately no-frills ... few years back but hope it survived.
