Update: Removing the grease fitting at the top collar location and squirting PB Blaster did not work after soaking a few days. Thanks to "sprinty", I contacted Billy Bellinger and he agreed to trying to warm up the tube. Using my propane torch worked to free up the collar. Rinsed out using brake cleaner via the grease fitting opening and re-greased it. Thanks all for your input.
