I have a memory from way back that along with police cars, hearses are allowed to exceed the speed limits. Probably nonsense but thats what I was told. There is a biker hearse. https://motorcyclefunerals.com/ so why not an e type. Or maybe a Morgan hearse - with the wooden chassis  it could even be the base for a viking funeral. In the film Harold & Maude they convert an e type to a hearse, and I think it looks great. E type Hearse Video
