Richard, are you saying that the black has more resistance due to creeping and self healing?
I've only used clear(ish), is it worth changing?

Not really Nick, I would say they are equally good for rust prevention coming from same manufacturer. One is normal waxoyl and the black the same but with paint. It's the waxoyl part that creeps. As the chassis is undersealed in black then the latter makes sense to me. Beware getting it on your hands though it sticks like sh*t to a blanket
