I’ve just re-checked using the TFL site, having originally used the same site Pickles mentions.
TFL advise me that the ULEZ charge applies to my 4/4.

Are you sure Bud? My 2009 4/4 is ULEZ compliant and its older than yours?
I can see the congestion charge applies but not ULEZ.

EDIT: I may have misread your post as I saw 2011 and assumed that was the age of your car hide
