There are two things to consider.
Engine itself. Is the engine ok for E10?
Ancillary equipment outside the engine.
I have a Rover V8 and when checked it is listed as ok.
However, the fuel system ( tank, filter, pump. fuel lines) may not.
Although the Rover v8 is ok, from past discussions on TM, I don’t think that the 1990s 4 cylinder Rover engines are compliant with E10.
