My Plus 4 struggles every year at MoT time, it gets through but its butt clenching. So I'm just contemplating going for a better cat.
You can actually buy cat inserts for bikes but I'm not sure how effective one if these would be as an add on.
Just a thought Dave, do you presently have a MEX1107 silencer which is the straight through one? If so I still have a low mileage MEX1105 baffled one which may warm your CAT better
