Update: OSRAM has updated its compatibility list, and minimum in Germany and Austria the H4-LED bulbs are officially certified, without any further modification of the headlamps - just exchange the H4 bulp with the LED-H4. Left- or right-hand drive does not make a difference, as the glass makes the difference, not the bulp.
