I would say almost certainly.

Over supply of the latest model versus known quantities of the older all make an older Trad a safer financial bet.

No-one bought a Trad for it's driving capabilities, after all. They are bought because of the history and the nature of the build something of a USP for decades. Everyone loves an underdog, and Morgan were always lauded thus.

Fast forward to today, and you can order one like a Big Mac, direct from a screen.

The USP has disappeared, and the cracks are beginning to show here in the UK. Foreign markets are now the flavour of the day.

The underlying & constant vilification of the motorist as a planet killer is depressing the car market. Indecision of EV purchase infrastructure & throwaway values of electronic items are all having an impact on the motoring psyche as we roll forward into the New World order.

Trad Morgans may have their faults, but being a throwaway isn't one of them and the modern versions are being seen as a 'modern' car with all that entails.
