...due to the possibility of scammers I’d need to either have a bankers draft or a direct cash transfer into my bank but that’s a hard one as most banks limit the amount you can send in a day and even at a reasonable price I think an S1 is above that limit.
Open a second account (with another bank). An understanding and cooperative buyer will go along with that and pay half the money into each account.
