We took our daughter back to her digs in Manchester y/day She has past her test 4 weeks tomorrow and its the 1st time she has been on the M62 . She got the lot as we went over the top heavy damp fog and drizzel , but she did not give in . After about 30 mile she said dad you better put your seat belt on . My mind was on her , then you can calm down dad your to tense .
On returning in my wifes car ( she had followed ) I spotted in the fast lane ( the operative word ) 2 cars a 5 BMW and a 6 Audi going past I was doing about 74 mph in the slow lane they where racing each other close on 115-20 but with only about 30-40ft between them . My first words to my wife look at those bloody idiots if one has to brake . They will kill people . It never fails to surprise me just how little value some brainless nerks put on their life , AND OTHER PEOPLES .
