That had confused me too, you're right, they didn't make that clear. Every day's a school day. I see there is a dedicated website for them: snobmog.com

A search for "Snobmog" in Morganville Registry brings up 50 examples but I suspect they have erroneously applied the label to a number of 2-seaters. The Bangers & Cash model - chassis T3089 - is in the registry as belonging to a gentleman called Tony Pollard in Tynemouth and actually isn't marked as a Snobmog.

I still find something a little iffy about this.
