I was lucky to buy an air cooled 911 from Tuthills a few years ago. It wasn't at that level by a long way, but we were able to 'hot rod' it.
We removed a lot of weight, put their fast road suspension set up on it and made the engine work as well as it could!
It was bright green and loud....!
I sat in with Richard Tuthill when he took it for a shake down run..........😱....! He's an incredible driver....!
Old 911's are fantastic things, even better when done properly by Tuthill's.
The new Tuthill facility is very impressive, if you ever get a chance for a look round don't miss it!
