The forum section title is slightly confusing here - the Plus 8 referred to is the Aero 8 based Plus 8 - i.e. ally chassis / BMW V8.
Steel chassis / Rover V8 cars are classic - pre-CX platform cars.
As for your wings, as Andy &c state they are of Superform manufacture.
