I can't remember what setting I have now, I have the Quantum Zero shocks. I also have fitted springs with a slightly higher rate to cope with our heavy touring luggage loads.

What I can say is to not make the mistake that I made, after fitting the new springs, and set the damping rate too high.

I think that, at the moment, I have it 18 clicks down from full hard (full soft is 24 clicks down).

Unless you are absolutely certain that the number of clicks, hard to soft, is the same for both dampers you should always adjust down from full hard because slight manufacturing differences may cause a variation in the full soft position whereas full hard is where the valve would be closed.
