From memory I believe the legally acceptable region for a speedo from a manufacturer is +10% (Showing 77 in a 70) and -3% (Showing 68) Wheel and tyre combinations can cause a significant margin on this. Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
