A couple of major flaws in your calculation, the £30k figure you have used includes 20% for the chancellor, so that leaves £25k.
From this you then need to subtract the dealer margin, which maybe between 3-10% we can all guess at this, so the earning are starting to deminish.
I'd like to MMC make some money from the 3 wheeler as without this model development will cease.
I understand this and as I said, the number I was quoting was net sales. I realize net sales does not equal net profit. My original wording may not have emphasized this, which is why I corrected myself in the second post. As I dont know how their costs structure breaks down, I wasnt going to even attempt to quote that.
