Keith, the pukka way is to use Tanalised joists for the base timbers, if you have to cut any to length, soak the ends in Ensele
Ensure you have some form of cross ventilation under the floor, trapped damp air will trigger rot
There is a 10 year warranty on the floor bearers. It's being laid on concrete slabs.
