The 'third' transporter bridge in the UK is in Warrington.
My Father grew up in Widnes where there used to be a Biggy, crossing the Mersey & The Manchester Ship Canal to Runcorn. It cost a 1d per crossing for foot passengers when I last went on that one (Long Gone). They used to say 'watch out for falling Nuts & Bolts'
I must look on Google Streetview for the Warrington one.
