This can be very easy to do or very difficult, depends on the year of the car/seat. On my mid 90s car it was very straightforward and took about a hour per seat. On my later car it’s nest to impossible due to the sculptured stitching limiting the access of the heating panels. Some suggest the panels can be cut to suit others suggest not.
