If standard Lucas Wiring colours are used -

White with black tracer is Ignition coil contact breaker to distributor contact breaker, or distributor side of coil to voltage impulse tachometer
Pink and White is Ballast terminal to ignition distributor
Black and White is Brake fluid level warning light to switch and handbrake switch
Plain White is Ignition switch or starter solenoid to ballast resistor
Plain Green is Accessories fuesed via ignition switch
Plain Black is Earth
Not sure about the plain yellow.

So my guess (and it is a guess) would be the Black/White plug should go to a fluid sensor on top of the brake master cylinder and the other plugs are part of a previous, now removed, coil/ignition booster/electroic system.
