Redline 75-90 GL-5 was recommended for the Quaife ATB that we just installed. It has the friction modifiers for a standard LSD, which the Quaife doesn't really need, but the added lubricity and temperature stability are a plus. There was transmission oil debate on here a few years back, mainly discussing the bronze/GL5 issue, so I decided to contact Quaife direct to find out what their specific recommendation was. They said it would be fine in whatever oil I usually used, so I've stuck with Castrol GL4 hypoy stuff. I've never had a moment's concern in 30k miles.
