I have been told that the ball joints are from an early Dodge Viper but, also, told that they are fairly specialist and used exclusively on American Nascar applications.
Any suitable ball joint found then needs to be bonded into the aluminium carrier (I think Sifab used
'Araldite' or similar?)
Either way, it's all a bit of a laborious process for a part that inevitably wears out over time.....
