Em, mine was touch and go for my height but I lowered the seat by removing the wooden spacers. It then gave a small extra clearance. The line from the cowl to the bar showed a small clearance. I had a before/ after photo as a check for the line. My thoughts were " better than nothing".
Librands also had a higher clearance option that was a simple bolt on after removing the normal road one plus a cross bar to allow fitting of a four point harness that came with the original.
