Afternoon all.
Thought I ought to introduce myself, though in fact I got my new (to me) Morgan in January, an ex-factory ‘22 Plus Four Manual in a deep Burgundy colour that I like to think of as similar to old Alpha race cars of the 30s.
After seven Porsches (5 of them 911s but all of them manual rear drive coupes) I finally succumbed to the Morgan itch that had been growing more insistent, particularly after the introduction of the new chassis. Changing brand loyalty is a risk, especially for an occasional use fun car, but so far it has been very rewarding. Living in the Welsh Marches and only an hour from the factory, it seemed rude not to have one at some point and I have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Dan and the technical team at Malvern. Coffee’s good too.
So I hope to bump into some of you at some time and look forward to the benefit of your collective wit and wisdom.
