Driving the car from the "wrong" side is surprisingly easy to get used to. I found that to change gear with the left hand needed some extra minutes to get used to especially working a tight gearbox on an inspiring road.
But it might affect your passenger more... Just heard a story about a guy that were to change his RHD Morgan (UK import) here in Sweden beceause his wife could not longer stand to be "exposed to the traffic".
Also, when meeting other cars in city traffic/crossings drivers tend to search for eye contact with your passenger...and if that person enjoying the scenic views more than traffic that causes some interesting moments... and whatever you do, do not let your passenger zip on a beer..when you are driving.
