I made the mistake of taking my mohair hood down shortly after washing car once. It was a pig to erect later due to shrinkage.
Next time you see John V6 you can ask him about RTA's hood! It was difficult to erect for the remainder of my ownership!
Well you did will loose the plot and try to impress your young female navigator . It was a good job John Stride & I were there & could give you helpful advice from inside the dry warm pub. Such a shame the sun then came out as we left & you had to take it all down
