Going on my experience with a vintage trike, the vibration issue may not be a problem.
Yes the engine vibrates, and on a vintage Morgan three wheeler, they are bolted metal to metal with the chassis. However, the body only secured to the chassis at six points, the two are not in continuous contact.
As a result the body vibration is nothing compared to the engine and my mirror is fine and a type sold for vintage cars.
