Caroline, there are two fuse boxes or sets in your car. One 20 way (two rows of 10) under the dash which deals with individual aspects of the cars electrics but also an eight way set of higher current fuses each with brown wires feeding in directly from battery with brown/red wires feeding out. I suspect one of these given your description of fault, as each fuse protects several circuits. Top of the list to check would be the 30 amp ignition switch fuse, the first one in this set. If a blown fuse is found and replaced getting your car running again, suggest you not turn everything on together until the reason for it blowing is found. Make sure you have extra spare fuses as well.
