The transmission is fairly marginal for even a standard M3W, other than the reliable Mazda gearbox. As you make one part stronger and better the next weakest link in the transmission breaks. Leaving the Centa rollers as they are could be the best option? They are relatively easy and cheap to replace and may act as a limit or "fuse" to protect the other components?
