Rain here in Llanelli. We are on the north side of the Loughor estuary, Gower to the south. The coastal location ( sea is about 400m away from the house) so the sea has a big influence. SW winds are the norm.
Cardiff city had snow and icy roads, sospan jnr lives there in Canton area.
We used to live about 4 miles inland about 500' above sea level so had more weather events. Cloud, rain, snow, sunshine etc. We dis get cut off there during a couple of heavy snowfalls several years ago. We moved down to the town edge for retirement, to a good, convenient location. The site was a private steelworks I worked at until closure in 1980. Landscaped pist closure and now a nice spot with a lake, walks, pub and co-op shop very close, easy walk into town.
The Beast from the East was entertaining! Spray from waves on the lake up on the bushes/trees, ice on the lake. Last winter we had "creeping ice" on the lake, thin layer blown onto the shore and breaking up. I'll dig out a video.
