Yep Foxterrier, Franky is spot on, Later cars, I think post 2006 have inserts fitted into the plywood rear wheel arch panels so no trim damage in the inside! Cooperman and asbojohn would be the way I would go as well. Get a new rear wing as that clout will have distorted the profile/shape of the rear wing. You'll send it out for repair and after it's been fettled and welded, filled and painted It will just not have the correct shape, might even need tweaking to refit and with all the subsequent damage that might cause. Just think it's too damaged for a good repair in heavy gauge alloy and it will be stretched all over the place. You'll end up spending more than you think, swearing at the God's when trying to refit it and when you stand back and look at all your cost and effort it'll probably be miles out on the wheel shape and position and stand out like the dogs spherical objects! You'll then be saving for a proper repair with more cost and kicking your self

Any chance of an insurance claim, If you have a specialist insurance they don't seem to steam the price for following years.
