Lovely Mini and Portmeirion is a little gem. First visit was in 1990 and it felt like stumbling across a place that was geographically at odds with the location. Stayed in the village for a few nights and, on the summer evenings, it was extra special when the day visitors left and only the residents of the village/hotel were left.
