The current wheel cannot be changed until the car is registered because of homologation.
The wheel that comes with the recently delivered car that I have seen is of the removable version, but it is locked with a extra long bolt/nut making it into a "fixed" wheel. The removable is not possible to homologate...what customers then do after delivery is I guess up to them
