The KH figures I quoted at the start are the Crank calculated figures from my runs on their dyno, not the Wheel figures that are usually about 10 - 13 hp/lbs ft down on the Crank numbers. The other (higher) dyno figures I recently got also had a Wheel/Crank difference of about the same, not much discrepancy there, just the actual outputs recorded.

Have you similar dyno figures to KH from a dyno in France Stevo666? As virtually all the dyno work on the M3W was done at KH we have always accepted that those figures are correct but are they? As I said before, all rather academic as KH no longer do dyno runs and I guess all X-Wedge engines run within a few hp of each other for a given state of tune.

Never had a dyno run here in France. Just was interested if in the early days of the 5 speeder whether anyone actually had an individual engine dyno'd, even perhaps a stock engine? Would probably have to have been carried out by a motorbike engine builder rather than a car engine builder as the setting up on a dyno would have been quite different?
