Gavin, Try classic car brakes they sleeve master and slave cylinders in stainless and to the original sizing for standard repair kits to be used although it will probably be a long time before you need to use it as they don't wear in the same way in the stainless. Race cars and performance cars requiring constant hard use and higher pressures are often lined as standard so it's not really a repair option rather an upgrade!
