Back to the Bentley - the inside was a similar condition to the outside. I quite like the 'two fingers up' to the establishment approach - someone going 'it's my car, and I'll do whatever I like to it'.

Given the choice of that Bentley or a souless plastic Muskfloat, I know what I'd choose.

My current dinosaur fuelled oldies suit me perfectly at the moment, but (heaven forbid) if I get to an age where I can no longer tinker, and only travel short distances I'd probably consider something electric. However, having been impressed by the Muskfloat and it's associated infrastructure, the bloke is now on my 'list' alongside others (Tim Martin and James Dyson to name a couple) and I'd rather walk than put a penny of my money into Tesla.
