TBM, Well I'm liking it to! do you know it takes years of the car and I think if you go the whole hog It'll just look a bit dowdy and age it terribly. You've just hit gold spot as is!

It is and it gives the car a bit of a rat-rod look - I actually really like that style.
Agreed, I like the old ratrod look too - I think Satin Black and Chrome looks the dogs. The wider VW wheels and half moons were the first step, and completed with the full satin coat (although I agree that the red and black is very striking and quite appealing). I'll resist the urge for some of that pinstripe filigree stuff that you often see on the rods.
