Hi Britmog, I've just done this job recently. There's no need to take off the radiator and grill because it's the top bar of the crosshead that limits access. You will have to take the pump off with one of the long bolts still in the pump cause there isn't enough clearance to withdraw the bolt. On reassembly mount the bolt in the pump before offering it up.

If you have a problem with the pump, although originally it's a Triumph Vitesse pump, it has a shorter nose to clear the crosshead so probably a special for Morgan. I was unable to get a new pump and had the original rebuilt instead. I say rebuilt but I think it just had new bearings pressed in. The bottom line is the car is back on the road.
